First stop in a unique wine cellar containing hundreds of sea-shells followed by a glass of champagne. Quick stop in Hautvillers, the cradle of champagne. Indeed, it is here that the monk Dom Pérignon discovered the champagne wine-making process! Lunch in Epernay followed by a walk along the grand Avenue of Champagne, which is a UNESCO world heritage site. Gain some altitude in a hot air balloon! You will enjoy a 360° panorama with, of course, a glass of champagne! Road back to the hotel and dinner.
