Arrival in Colmar or the Wine Road and check-in at the hotel. Dinner.

Breakfast at the hotel. Guided visit of Colmar historic center on the theme “Christmas magic”. During the Christmas season, local guides will tell you all about the Christmas traditions in Alsace while walking through the beautifully decorated city. Lunch at your leisure. Aboard a flat-bottomed boat, discover all the charm of the authentic district of Little Venice. You will cruise through the city and appreciate the serenity of the market gardeners’ quarter surrounded by Christmas lights. After the boat tour, why not have a comforting mulled wine or hot chocolate? Free time in the afternoon to fully appreciate the Christmas market. Dinner.

Breakfast at the hotel. Departure for the Haut-Koenigsbourg castle. Walking through the gates of this Castle is like plunging into the world of the Middle Ages. From the lower courtyard with its inn, forge and mill, to the spiral staircases leading to the furnished flats of the lord… discover the architecture, the collections and the atmosphere, all steeped in 900 years of history. Lunch on the Wine Road. Guided visit of RIquewihr « the Pearl of the Alsatian vineyards ». Free time to discover the Christmas market. Stop in a wine cellar to taste a few Alsatian wines. Last stop in Eguisheim, a charming little village with a unique circular layout. Free time. Dinner at your leisure.

Breakfast at the hotel. Road to Strasbourg. Guided visit of Strasbourg’s old town. European capital and capital of Alsace, Strasbourg has a world-renowned historical heritage: the Great Island is for example classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Encircled by the arms of the Ill, the city center features the main landmarks and monuments that make Strasbourg famous, such as the Notre Dame Cathedral…  Impossible not to succumb to its charm! Lunch at your leisure. Free time in the afternoon to discover the Christmas market, often seen on the Top 5 of the European best Christmas markets! Road back to the hotel, dinner.

• Discover Mulhouse, the French Manchester! This city used to have many textile manufactures and has decided to keep this industrial heritage alive. The Christmas market has each year a new fabric adorning the streets, sheds, boutiques, cafes etc. (you can add the visit of the printed textile Museum)
