Departure from Colmar with the Kutzig, our red open-top bus (28 seats) heading towards the Wine Route to Riquewihr. Welcome at the Kobelsberg garden and guided tour by Michelin-starred Chef Mr. Jean-Luc Brendel. He will introduce you to his sensory universe. Through his Kobelsberg Garden, he will share his culinary philosophy and love for plants. Together, you will smell and contemplate the jewels that our generous nature offers…
Hair in the wind, take the Wine Route onboard the Kutzig to Gertwiller. Lunch in a winecellar (soup, meat pie, and raw vegetables) accompanied by a tasting of their wines, followed by dessert and coffee. Alternatively, you can have lunch at the BrendelStub in Riquewihr (additional cost, please inquire).
Next, an original visit to a cellar with an immersive film projected in the cellar on century-old oak barrels at 180° with sound work, allowing the public to be fully immersed in the history of the cellar.
Continue to Sélestat for a guided tour of the Humanist Library. The museum invites you to follow the journey of Beatus Rhenanus. A humanist from Sélestat, trained at the Latin School in Sélestat, he bequeathed his exceptional library upon his death, one of the richest and most beautiful collections of the time. A library listed in the UNESCO Memory of the World Register since 2011.
