Alsace invites you on a culinary journey! Lisela offers you the chance to discover the secrets of a Foie Gras House before enjoying a menu entirely composed of duck. But the Alsatian gastronomic adventure wouldn’t be complete without a sweet note with the gingerbread history, and even less without sipping a fresh local beer! A Kut’Zig daytrip dedicated to gastronomy in all its forms, which will delight the taste buds of all travelers.

Program of your Kutzig daytrip

Departure from Colmar with the Kutzig, our red open-top bus (28 seats). You will head to Soultz-les-Bains for an immersion in the Alsatian gastronomy. You start with a guided tour of the ‘Lucien Doriath’ facilities, a Foie Gras Factory. You will discover its secrets through a complete tour: feeding room, presentation of the slaughter and plucking room; the cutting workshop with preparation suggestions (duck cutting). Lunch on-site at the restaurant ‘La Table du Domaine’ with a menu focused on duck.

Hair in the wind, take the Wine Route in the Kutzig to Gertwiller for a guided tour of the Lips Gingerbread Museum and tasting. Discover a production that has remained artisanal since 1806 with recipes and manufacturing methods dating back to the 19th century, extraordinary!

Continue with a guided tour of the Saint-Pierre artisanal brewery with beer tasting accompanied by a fresh Bretzel.

Road back to Colmar with the Kutzig.
