A foodie experience, hair in the wind!

A full day with the Kut’zig bus on the theme of gastronomy and wine. This day will tickle your taste buds with some typical Alsatian dishes and drinks. Try different wines and maybe try a Choucroute? Enjoy!

Your trip in detail : 

Departure from Colmar at 8.30 am in our open top bus, the Kut’zig, to enjoy a day trip on the Alsatian Wine Route.

First stop in Ribeauvillé. Located between vineyards and mountains, Ribeauvillé is a charming city that has developed its heritage in the Middle Ages. The town is dominated by the ruins of ancient castles, giving it a special character. Have a nice “French breakfast” with a hot drink and a fresh viennoiserie.

Next stop in Riquewihr, an unmissable medieval town in the heart of the Alsatian vineyards, By the harmony of the winemakers’ houses and the mansions, its belfry and the walls of medieval walls perfectly preserved, Riquewihr is considered the Pearl of the Alsatian Vineyard. Enjoy a typical meal in a Winstub (traditional restaurant where we serve wine and food in a warm atmosphere).

Hop on the Kut’zig again toward Kaysersberg. Between vineyards and mountains, this village surprises by the charm of its medieval sites grouped around its church. It is one of the most charming cities of Alsace with its cobbled streets and richly decorated half-timbered houses.

Hair in the wind, admire the scenery onboard of the Kut’zig. Next stop in a village off the beaten track, Turckheim! An independent winegrower will welcome you to his estate for a tasting of 4 different Alsatian wines.

Last stop in Eguisheim, a charming little village with a unique circular layout.

After a day full of emotions and discovery, take a last drive in our Kut’Zig bus and end your day around 7 pm in Colmar.
