Finally, a getaway through the Vosges Mountains wouldn’t be complete without a delicious marcaire lunch at a farm inn. Ready to reach new heights?

What is included:

• 1 day Kutzig bus rental with driver (from 09:00 to 18:00)
• The Marcaire Menu lunch (3 courses, including ¼ wine + 1 coffee, water in a carafe)
• A visit to a cheese factory followed by a tasting in the Munster valley
• A visit to a distillery followed by a tasting OR a craft brewery with beer tasting in the Kaysersberg valley

Program of your Kutzig daytrip

Departure from Colmar with the Kutzig, our red open-top bus (28 seats), heading to the Munster Valley. Enjoy an unique day on the Ridge Route, with its magnificent panoramas of the Vosges and the Alsace Plain. You will visit a cheese factory with its production lab and taste some of their cheeses.

You will then continue your journey along the Vosges ridges to a traditional Marcaire lunch at a Farm Inn. This meal consists of farm products such as pie or smoked meat accompanied by potatoes (the “roïgabrageldi”), white cheese with kirsch, or blueberry tart.

In the afternoon, continue along the Ridge Route and its magnificent panoramas.

Road to Lapoutroie for a visit to a distillery and tasting of eaux-de-vie OR, if you prefer, a visit to a craft brewery in Kaysersberg followed by a beer tasting. Depending on the available time, you may have some free time in Kaysersberg to explore this beautiful medieval town.

Road back to Colmar with the Kutzig.
